On a steeply sloping site, the building presents a single story facade to the street and vast areas of glazing to the San Francisco Bay. The form follows the landscape and the plan is organized to allow every room access to the view. Cable-railing on the balconies allow transparency and sun-shades above windows and doors help control heat gain.
